200 East Sidewalk Project

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the 200 East Sidewalk Project will be received by HYRUM CITY, at their office located at 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah 84319, until 4:00 pm (local time), Tuesday, October 7, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of: The construction of approximately 2,600 feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk on the east side of 200 East and the south side of 500 south between 300 South and the Hyrum State Park Day Use Beach Area access in Hyrum, Utah. The sidewalk shall be
constructed through residential driveways and along the frontage of residential homes. The restoration of driveways and property frontages, including asphalt driveways, topsoil placement, sprinkler restoration, and sod placement. Work shall be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2026.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:30 pm local time on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the HyrumCity Office Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is
highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
