RFP - Hyrum East Park Sidewalk

EAST PARK SIDEWALK PROJECT

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the East Park Sidewalk Project will be received by HYRUM CITY, at their office located at 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah 84319, until 4:00 pm (local time), Wednesday, July 8, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of: The construction of approximately 620 feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk to the playground and baseball fields in East Park in Hyrum, Utah. The sidewalk shall be constructed to provide ADA access to the playground and to the bleachers at the baseball fields, including ramps, concrete flatwork, topsoil and sod placement. Work shall be substantially complete by end of day September 8, 2026.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Questions regarding the project will be received no later than noon on July 6th, 2026.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
