Utility Services

• Sign up for utilities

  Our Utility Service Agreement page will have all the information regarding utility sign ups.  After the form has been emailed you will need to call us at 435-245-6033 to pay the $200.00 deposit or come into the office and pay that deposit.

   

• Stop utilities.

  To stop utilities in your name, you will need to call the City Office at 435-245-6033 or come in. We will need the date you are moving out as well as a new mailing address to send your final bill to.

• When do I get my bill and when is it due?

  If you are a cycle 1 customer your statement will come out on the 15th of each month and the due date is the last day of that month. If you are a cycle 2 customer your statement will come out on the last day of each month and the due date is the 15th of the next month.
